Investment Philosophy
The first thing that we look for in any investment is quality. We want to own the securities of companies that have premium brands that are badly needed or strongly desired and have no close substitute. We are looking for investments that we believe can grow substantially for many years.
After quality we focus on price. If the price paid is too high, future returns may not be good, even for a high quality investment. So we wait patiently for opportunities to purchase great investments when they are not in the spotlight, and the price is down for one reason or another. We acknowledge that given enough time markets are efficient as to the proper pricing of securities. Over shorter periods of time however, markets can be grossly inefficient due to the human emotions of fear and greed. At times, excellent securities can be purchased at very attractive prices. We strive to take advantage of these short-term opportunities and obtain outstanding value for our clients.

We employ our investment philosophy in several investment strategies that range from conservative to aggressive. We offer two Individual Stock Strategies which are called Focused Growth Companies and Rising Dividend Income. Our Mutual Fund Strategies are simply called Growth, Moderate, and Conservative. We also offer a combination of our individual stocks and mutual funds in our Stock and Fund Strategies.
